Empowering Growth Through Mentorship

The Corporate Operations Mentoring Program is designed to strengthen the skills, confidence, and cross-functional effectiveness of USI team members who support the business through Marketing, HR, IT, Communications, Legal, Recruiting, Finance, Accounting, and other corporate functions.

Through trusted mentoring relationships, employees gain practical insight, develop strategic capabilities, and build strong internal partnerships that accelerate their impact. Mentoring at USI is more than skill development, it’s how we invest in our people, improve internal collaboration, and strengthen the organizational infrastructure that supports client excellence.

This six-month program provides structured yet flexible opportunities for mentors and mentees to meet 1–2 times per month, fostering consistent connection, growth, and progress toward personalized development goals.


Participants Will Explore Key Development Areas

1. Communication, Influence & Professional Presence

Strengthen communication skills across all levels of the organization, including simplifying complex information, preparing concise updates, presenting with confidence, and adapting communication style for cross-functional partners and senior leaders.

2. Consultative Partnering & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Develop the ability to act as a trusted internal advisor by understanding stakeholder needs, building credibility, navigating dependencies, and collaborating effectively across departments to deliver high-quality, aligned outcomes.

3. Prioritization, Time Management & Sustainable Workload Practices

Enhance the ability to determine high-value priorities, balance competing deadlines, communicate capacity effectively, maintain professionalism under pressure, and develop habits that support long-term productivity and well-being.

4. Tech Fluency, Business Acumen & Process Improvement

Build confidence with systems, digital tools, dashboards, and emerging technologies while deepening understanding of how USI operates. Strengthen the ability to streamline workflows, interpret data, and connect day-to-day work to broader organizational goals.


Through Mentoring, Participants Will:
