This U Network program is for Black employees & allies. Through the Black Employee U Network Group, we hope to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace where every Black employee feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive. The group will provide various opportunities for career development, mentorship, and leadership. Additionally, we will create safe spaces for discussions on issues relevant to the Black community.

After you are accepted into the program, explore the available Chapters and await further instruction from your U Network chapter leaders.
