Any eligible employee is welcome to apply to be a mentor. At this this there are only three mentee offerings: Career Track Associates. Select Sales Professionals, and New Hires.
U Network
U Network is USI’s employee resource group (ERG) platform created for employees who have common interests or identities, allowing them to come together for community-building and support. ERGs are primarily focused on underrepresented groups. However, they have grown to include groups focusing on many other areas, such as parenting, caregiving, physical and mental health, and more.
Currently, U-Network is geared toward women and Black team members. Over time, we will expand our network outreach to impact more communities, including, but not limited to, racial and ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+, military veterans, and people with disabilities.
