Black Employee U-Network
Through the Black Employee U Network Group, we hope to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace where every Black employee feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive. The group will provide various opportunities for career development, mentorship, and leadership. Additionally, we will create safe spaces for discussions on issues relevant to the Black community.
Womens U-Network
Through the Women's U Network Group, we hope to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace where women feel valued, respected, and empowered to thrive. The group will provide various opportunities for career development, mentorship, and leadership. Currently this program is exclusively for women in supervisor roles and sales roles. Over time we will expand this network to maximize women's empowerment initiatives throughout our teams.
