What is U Network?
Program Purpose
U Network is USI’s employee resource group (ERG) platform created for all employees, specifically those with common interests or identities, allowing our teams to come together for community-building and support.
What does U Network Do?
U Network provides employees with support, a community, and a safe space. U Network chapters host regular gatherings, speaker series, and roundtables, providing opportunities to build relationships and discuss common challenges and solutions.
Who can join the Women’s U Network?
All employees are welcome to join the Women’s U Network, regardless of gender. As the program grows, employees can serve as executive sponsors, participate in engagement events, and complete learning paths offered within each U Network chapter.
