The Emerson Rogers U Network is for Emerson Rogers team members and provides a space to build relationships, strengthen collaboration, and stay connected across remote and hybrid teams. The goal is simple. Help team members feel supported and give supervisors practical tools to create strong, inclusive, and high performing remote work environments.

Who Can Join the Emerson Rogers U Network

Today the program is available to supervisors only. Later this year the U Network will expand to include new hires, sales professionals, and team members who are interested in the Emerson Rogers Ambassadors Program. As the program grows, participants will be able to join engagement events, take part in community discussions, and complete learning paths offered within each U Network chapter.

What U Network Offers

U Network gives supervisors a supportive space to learn from peers, share ideas, and stay connected. Each chapter offers opportunities to:

  • Join virtual gatherings that bring supervisors together for discussion and community

  • Hear from speakers and experts who share practical tools for leading remote teams

  • Participate in roundtables that address shared challenges and encourage solution building
