The USI Account Operations Mentoring Program is designed to strengthen the growth, confidence, and connection of our account operations professionals—supporting individual development while advancing our shared mission of client excellence.
This program is designed for Account Managers, Analysts, and all non-sales client-focused professionals who play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, building relationships, and driving success across USI.Through trusted relationships, mentors and mentees exchange knowledge, experiences, and insights that strengthen our culture of client-focused service, shared learning, and professional excellence. Mentoring at USI is more than professional development; it’s how we invest in our people, build meaningful connections, and shape the future of our organization together.
Just as we deliver customized solutions for our clients, we offer a customized development experience for our team members—tailored to each participant’s goals, strengths, and career path.
This six-month program provides a structured yet flexible opportunity for mentors and mentees to meet 1–2 times per month, fostering consistent connection, accountability, and progress toward individual development goals.
